Some of Debra's favorite assignments included writing about the history and use of labyrinths for several magazines. The American Psychological Association, headquartered in Washington, D.C. has one in its rooftop garden. Hospitals, universities and churches use them for meditation and special rituals of release. I've also visited the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France.
